Karl Moore vs Maciej Różański Added to Bellator Dublin

A light heavyweight fight between Ireland’s Karl Moore (10-2) and Poland’s Maciej Różański (14-3) has been added to Bellator’s Dublin show on Friday 24th February. InTheCage.pl first reported the booking, and multiple sources confirmed the matchup to SevereMMA.com.

Moore returned from a 3-year layoff at Bellator 285 in September. The SBG Ireland fighter scored a second-round comeback submission over then #6-ranked Karl Albrektsson in one of the standout performances of the Dublin card.

With Moore calling out MMA legend Yoel Romero after his win, many expected the Belfast fighter would receive both a ranking next to his name, and a progression in his next opponent.

While Moore is now the 9th-ranked Bellator light heavyweight, he will face an unranked opponent in Rozanski. Irish MMA fans may be familiar with the Berzerker Team fighter. In 2020, Rozanski submitted Moore’s teammate Will Fleury to win the EFM light heavyweight championship, and he’ll enter the 3Arena riding a four-fight win streak. Most recently, Rozanski defeated UK MMA veteran Lee Chadwick via Unanimous Decision at Bellator 281.

Moore vs Rozanski joins an increasingly stacked card with Sinéad Kavanagh and Janay Harding rematching, Richie Smullen returning to Bellator to face Piotr Niedzielski, and a featherweight number-one contender showdown between Pedro Carvalho and Jeremy Kennedy slated to take place.
