Cooke vs Byrne, Coll vs Leite and Tuke vs Caffrey added to BAMMA 22

BAMMA have announced three prelims for their upcoming event in Dublin on September 19th 2015 at the 3Arena .

Next Generation Northern Ireland’s Conor ‘Da Crook’ Cooke (6-6)  will face SBG Ireland’s Paul Byrne (5-0) in a middleweight contest.

Paul Byrne recently captured the BCMMA title with a TKO victory over Tye Palmer in June and Conor Cooke is coming off a rear naked choke loss to Andy DeVent back at BAMMA 19 in March 2015

Rilion Gracie Ju Jitsu’s Stephen Coll is set to take on Alexandre Leite who fights out of Instigacao Xtreme

Stephen Coll is known for his ground skills and displayed them once again in his last bout at BattleZone FC 12 in Dublin when pulling off the come from behind rear naked choke victory over Mick Brennan in the main event.

Alexandre Leite who is known for his strength and grappling fought European favourite and SBG Ireland’s Artem Lobov back at Cage Contender 17 and lost a split decision back in 2013.

Rush Fight Academy’s Adam Caffrey makes his professional debut after a great amateur career which included victories over Blaine O’Driscoll, Ryan Curtis and most recently Kyle Comerford.

SBG Ireland’s Dylan “The Nuke” Tuke is also set to fight as a professional for the first time. He also holds a sterling amateur record which he topped off in June by capturing the BattleZone FC amateur bantamweight belt with a victory over Aaron Maguire.
