Jeanderson Castro vs Elliot Jenkins Added to LFL 8

Jenderson Castro (5-6) will return on Sunday 12th March to face Elliot Jenkins (5-3) at Levels Fight League 8 in Amsterdam. Source confirmed the matchup with SevereMMA.com.

Castro, who is fighting out of Beyond Jiu Jitsu in Dublin, will be looking to snap a two-fight losing streak. “The Jackal” suffered back-to-back stoppage losses at the hands of Andreeas Binder and Aleksi Mäntykivi.

Jenkins fights out Next Generation MMA in Liverpool, home to Paddy “The Baddy” Pimblett and “Meatball” Molly McCann. Like Castro, Jenkins enters the contest on a two-fight skid, losing via TKO to Mahmod Faour back in 2018, and then suffering a submission loss to Aaron Johnson in March 2022, a bout that marked his return to MMA after over 3 and a half years out.

LFL 8 will be headlined by a welterweight fight between ex-UFC fighter Chris Fishgold and Adrian Kępa. The co-main event pits former Glory Middleweight Champion Jason Wilnis vs Joseph Michael Berkenbosch in a middleweight affair.
