Darragh Kelly & Ciaran Clarke both booked for Bellator Champion Series: London

Sources close to the situation have revealed to SevereMMA that Irishmen Darragh Kelly and Ciarán Clarke are set to return to action at Bellator Champions Series: London on September 14th. Kelly will return against Ukrainian fighter Dmytrii Hrytsenko (9-0) in a lightweight bout while Drogheda native Ciarán Clarke (9-0) will be facing off against Spanish fighter Zebenzui Ruiz (12-3).

Darragh Kelly is an undefeated mixed martial artist from SBG Ireland with an 83% finishing rate. He most recently featured on Bellator Champions Series: Dublin where he scored a first round Guillotine choke submission. Kelly is currently on a four fight finishing streak.

Dmytrii Hrytsenko is undefeated at the age of 27 and fights out of American Top Team. By the time of this fight, Hrystenko will be 11 months removed from a victory at Bellator 300 over Justin Montalvo.

Ciarán Clarke, another SBG Ireland product, is fresh off of a third round arm triangle choke at Bellator Champions Series: Belfast back in March. Five of his nine professional victories have come by way of submission, all under the Bellator banner.

Zebenzui Ruiz is on a five-fight winning streak with two of his last three victories coming by way of first round stoppage. The 30 year old has not lost a fight since 2019.

The Bellator Champions Series: London will be live from the OVO Wembley Arena on September 14th.
