Alexander O’Sullivan Returns Against Bilal Labid at Cage Warriors 161

Alexander O’Sullivan (2-0) will return to the cage on Saturday 14th October in a bantamweight matchup against Bilal Labid (2-0) at Cage Warriors 161. Sources confirmed the news with Severe MMA earlier today.

O’Sullivan will fight in front of a hometown crowd for his second consecutive fight. The undefeated Dubliner scored a first-round submission victory inside 3Arena earlier this year at CW 153, snatching back-to-back armbars to open his pro ledger. Fighting and coaching out of CMAC MMA in Dublin 15, the 30-fight amateur’s experience has shone through this far as a professional.

O’Sullivan will aim to make it three on the bounce and maintain his unblemished pro scorecard when he faces Bilal Labid.

A matching record, Labid enters the contest as an unbeaten 2-0 pro. Training out of Kabuto Fight Club in La Rochelle, France, the Moroccan fighter dispatched his most recent opponent in the first round.

Cage Warriors 161 will be headlined by a lightweight fight between current featherweight champion Paul Hughes and Jan Quaeyhaegens. The event will be broadcast on UFC Fight Pass.
