Carl Booth aims at the championship again after Brave 9: The Kingdom of Champions in Bahrain

A win at Brave 9 is critical for Booth as he strives to get back to the top of the food chain at Brave Combat Federation. The fight that awaits him at the ninth edition of Brave is nothing but against an opponent who seeks retribution for his first career loss. Jarrah and Carl Booth will face in a rematch that will leave the winner as a front runner for the welterweight championship of the promotion.

Carl Booth, made his welterweight debut at the Cage Warriors, facing none other than Jarrah Al-Selawi from Jordan. Jarrah Al-Selawi, was having his second fight of his pro-career after a quick 33 second KO with a 1-0 record. Carl Booth knocked out Jarrah in a mere 31 seconds thereby shocking the crowd. Jarrah is currently on a 4 fight winning streak and has fought twice at Brave Combat Federation. Jarrah finished Erik Carlsson from Sweden during the second round by submission on his first fight for the promotion. Later, Jarrah scored a decision victory over Daniele Scatizzi from the Straight Blast Gym while head coach John Kavanagh was watching by the ringside.

Carl Booth fighting out of Nottingham, England is training in Nottingham MMA Gym. Booth holds a career record of 7 wins and 2 loses. He made debut for the promotion with a vicious knockout of Gadzhimusa Gadzhiev from Russia, which created an impact in the Middle Eastern MMA. Carl Booth will be looking to regain his chance to fight for the welterweight title as he will be seeking to prove that his knockout victory over Al-Selawi was not a fluke. The two will definitely be putting everything on the line because the fight is about retribution and pride. While Jarrah has to prove and progress, Booth will be fighting hard to get his career back to his winning ways.

Apart from Booth, Brave 9: The Kingdom of Champions will feature Hardeep Rai and Charlie Leary from the United Kingdom. The fight night is taking place at Bahrain on November 17 at Khalifa Sports City. The event will be the focus of the 2017 Brave International Combat Week which also features 2017 IMMAF Word Championship.
