Dana White promises a UFC event in Ireland in 2013 or 2014 (with video)

UFC president Dana White announced during a live video web chat on Ustream that the UFC will return to Ireland in either 2013 or 2014 when asking by a fan.

When asked “Irish event in 2013/2014?”, Dana White answered “I promise. People in Ireland, we are coming back.”

The last, and only time the UFC came to Ireland, was back at UFC 93 which took place on 17th January 2009 in The O2, Dublin.

The UFC had said back in 2011, that Ireland would get an event in 2012, along with 4 events around the UK but that failed to materialise.
