A Binghamton City Court judge suspended Jones’ driving privileges were suspended while ordering him to undergo an alcohol abuse and dependency evaluation, according to a report this morning from “Press Connects.”

MMAjunkie confirmed the ruling with Broome County Assistant District Attorney Stephanie Milks.

Jones is due back in court June 19. He faces one year in jail and fines of up to $1,000, but his attorney told the judge his plea agreement was for a fine and conditional discharge, according to WBNG news.
