Rousimar Palhares vs Alan Belcher announced for UFC on FOX3

UFC president Dana White revealed the match up on twitter in the last hour.

Rousimar Palhares vs Alan Belcher is to go down at UFC on FOX 3 in May 12. Nate Diaz vs Jim Miller is scheduled to headline the card at this time.

Palhares is coming off another impressive heel hook victory against Mike Massenzio at UFC 142 Rio in January. Palhares is currently 7-2 in the UFC, with his only UFC losses coming against Dan Henderson and Nate Marquardt .

Alan “The Talent” Belcher is currently 8-4 in the UFC, having won 3 straight since dropping a split decision to Akiyama at UFC 100.
