Well Here’s the Good News

It’s not all doom and gloom in the MMA world. Some members of the MMA community have been doing some great things and announcing great personal news. It’s important to stay positive and I’m here to help you achieve that goal. We have decided to help keep that positivism flowing the best that we can. Nothing but good news for you to feast your eyes on.

UFC lightweight Joe Lauzon shared a video that has done the rounds before of him and his brother Dan having a fight at a family BBQ. Joe shared this video in honor of Father’s Day as it was his dads idea to actually have the fight. I’ll let him explain the full story.

Bobby Green fought Clay Guida this past weekend and picked up a solid victory at UFC Vegas 3 at the APEX. He shared a heartfelt message with his father in his post fight interview.

Last week it was 3 years since UFC Hall of Famer Matt Hughes was involved in a horrific accident when his car got hit by a train. The former welterweight champion shared his experience over that period of time and his sensational recovery. Even in tough times it’s great to see such an honest, positive outlook.

UFC bantamweight Petr Yan, who fights Jose Aldo at UFC 251 on Fight Island. He and his wife welcomed a baby boy into the world this week. Congratulations to him and his wife.

I’ll tell you something for nothing, the guy who dressed up here in the scarecrow outfit is a brave man. Funny old school clip of the Fox Sports day’s that Hall of Famer Michael Bisping shared. He got a right good scare. Very funny.

So I guess the message is here if you don’t fasten your seatbelt UFC welterweight Gunnar Nelson will come pee on your toilet seat. That should get the message across, well done sir!
