After an injury ruled him out of facing Daniel Crawford at BAMMA 26, Brian ‘The Pikeman’ Moore (9-4)returns  to the 3Arena for BAMMA 27 against Backstrom. The Wexford based fighter training out SBG is looking to take his win column into double figures on December 16th, and fighting in front of his home crowd for the first time since his successful debut at BAMMA 24 against Mick ‘Basher’ Brennan is something that he is relishing.

Making his long awaited debut at BAMMA 27, Niklas Backstrom (10-2-1) makes his way over from Stockholm, Sweden to take on one of Dublin’s finest in the shape of Brian Moore.  The ultra competitive Backstrom is currently riding a 2 fight win streak, and looks to embark on his BAMMA journey with a win and then a shot at the Featherweight title in the not too distant future.  This is a fight that will have the fans in attendance in eager anticipation, as two of Europe’s finest Featherweights collide.

‘Big Daddy’ Kiefer Crosbie (1-0) is yet another stand out product from John Kavanagh’s SBG gym in Dublin.  Looking to make an impact, it’s been a long time coming for Kiefer who was hoping to debut at BAMMA 26.  Despite that not happening, the man ‘who lives just across the road’ from the 3Arena finally gets his wish as he draws Conor Riordan as his opponent on the night.

Conor Riordan (0-0) makes his pro debut on December 16th at the 3Arena against Crosbie.  The Team Monkey MMA fighter is 4-2 as a pro, with his last victory coming via way of armlock submission in June of this year.  With all his victories coming via way of submission, Crosbie will be looking to avoid getting into any bad situations on the ground with Riordan in the matchup. Riordan will be looking to establish himself on one of the biggest platforms in Europe and make a statement in front of Crosbie’s hometown support.
